President Barack Obama is expected to address Cuba travel policy as pressure mounts leading up to the Summit of the Americas, so this seems as good a time as any to look back on the glory days of Havana.  The 1930s was Cuba's gilded age, and it was all down hill from there... just ask Fidel.
