Apollo 11 Introduction

Docs & Non-Fiction (News), Other Gems (Classics), Viral (Time Capsule)
[ 2:17 - from YouTube ]

"One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind..."  Neil Armstrong uttered those famous words forty years ago, on July 20, 1969.  Along with Michael Collins and Buzz Aldrin, the men of Apollo 11 changed American history forever. This montage video features some rare footage of the famous mission that established the United States as the forerunners in the Race for Space.  Though there are skeptics that feel that this event was a hoax and took place on a Hollywood soundstage, I still think the footage looks pretty damn cool.
