Former mayor of New York Ed Koch now reviews movies----really. And here is his thumbs down, scathing review of the new Star Trek flick. I especially enjoyed his take on the "boring" special effects and his ennui about the absence of Shatner. All said like a true New Yorker, and frankly the whole premise of the mayor's new career as a movie critic is just too funny. Thumbs up on this one!
