Thom Yorke - "Harrowdown Hill"

Animation (Experimental), Music (Music Videos)
[ 4:52 - from Vimeo ]

One Word: Smallgantics. In this video for the song "Harrowdown Hill" from Thom Yorke's solo album entitled "The Eraser, the people at Bent Image Lab use this innovative technique by taking footage of large, life-size objects like skyscrapers, mountains, rivers, and landscapes, and make them look like they are actually miniatures. In "Harrowdown Hill," director Chel White uses aerial footage from the pacific north west and miniaturizes the entire region. This video won Best Music Video at South by Southwest (SXSW) 2007, ResFest 10, and The Worldwide Short Film Festival. The song is pretty good too...
